Customer Acquisition Process
Client was using a software named ‘Crystal’ as a CRM software for generation of leads for the postpaid customer acquisitions. All the leads were then manually segregated as per the different regions and circles for allocation to sales and field executives for customer acquisition process. This was a time-consuming process and it required manual human intervention for each case for allocation. In this manual activity, many times it happened that after receiving the leads, the sales/field executives were not attending the cases or the leads were sold in the open market to competitor. This was a huge revenue leakage for the client.
RCSL developed an enterprise mobility solution and integrated the ‘Crystal’ with our platform. We developed a web and android application with below features to improve this process with the use of technology:
• Cluster wise & Area wise Auto allocation of Visit records to FOS while on field. Enhanced productivity of visits of FOS.
• 100% Customer visits authenticated by online tracking of FOS location through GPS.
• Agent can postpone visit in case House locked. Auto Reminder facility available for Revisit as per timeline given by customer.
• POS (Point of Sale) can request for Re-verification basis previous AV status with complete address (Optional Feature)
• Provision of Dual Address visit available in Application (Billing address as well as Permanent address)
• Offline AV status submission facility available for Low/No Network areas.
• Location stamp of AV Executive available at the time of AV status submission.
• Real time status of AV available to all users at all level’s basis hierarchy.
• Actioning on Negative cases possible on real time basis. Lesser revenue and Regulatory risk in case of Negative cases.

• Before Field Verification dedupe is done based on special numbers, PD base, 3rd Connection, OCL Pin codes, TD Base, Alternate numbers etc. so there is less chance of wrong customer acquisition.
